We work with a large number of transport companies to achieve having the products shipped faster and at the lowest shipping cost.

Courier services

Courier delivery within 1-2 business days (depending on the destination) from the date of dispatch of the goods for continental Greece, or 2-4 business days for inaccessible areas and islands.
The shipping cost is 2.5€ per parcel weighing up to 2 kilos and for each extra kilo, the added charge is €1/kg regardless of parcel's volume. The additional charge for inaccessible areas is 1.50€.

Delivery Saturday at an extra charge of 3 € and morning delivery at an additional charge of 3.50€.
Cash on delivery has a charge of 1,90€ per order.
The customer will be informed by email about the date of shipment and a tracking code for the package.

By KTEL Buses

There is a possibility for one-day parcel deliveries in certain areas of continental Greece by bus (Athens, Thessaloniki, major cities, etc.). Place of delivery, delivery time and shipping cost for parcels over 5kg, please contact us before 11:00 am. You can not make payment by cash on delivery by bus. Payment can be made either through a bank deposit or a card through our site when ordering the products.
The customer will be informed by email about the date and time of shipment.

Transportation Companies

There is also a possibility for delivery via a transport company in Athens and Thessaloniki. The way of delivery is mainly for heavy or bulky items. The cost of transport concerns each package separately and the parcel is picked up by the transport company's facilities. For more parcels, pallets or transshipment in other transport company, prices on request. You can not make payment by cash on delivery.

General Terms of Dispatch

In case of delay of delivery, partial or total destruction of the goods during transportation, the transport companies are responsible as well as in the Terms of Use.
In case of delay of delivery within a reasonable period of time, the customer is obliged to contact our company.
For shipments with a higher weight / volumetric charge, the shipping method and the shipping cost are agreed upon for the best possible service.
