In Roller Blinds, Vertical Blinds, Venetian Blinds (metallic or wooden), Curtain Frames (metallic or wooden), Folding Doors and custom sized/colored products returns are not accepted!

If, for any reason, you wish to return the products you purchased, you are entitled to do so within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the order.
The products should be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging and be accompanied by the proof or sales invoice. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the products.
In the case of a defective product covered by a guarantee, the shipping costs of the return are covered by the customer. Once the product has been received and checked and the defect is actually found, the customer receives the repaired product, the same new or new equal value, with the shipping costs covered by the company in a manner that it chooses.

We would be pleased at the time of delivery to check carefully if the products is in good condition (eg broken, wrong products, etc.). If the package opens and there is a serious manufacturing problem of the products, please contact us for immediate return and replacement under the terms and conditions of the law.
